CURRENT WORK
Coaching the Boys: On Systems That Shape Masculinity
A solo theatrical work examining how masculinity is learned, rehearsed, and passed from one generation to the next.
Set within the world of competitive hockey, Coaching the Boys explores the invisible lessons boys absorb about toughness, silence, belonging, vulnerability, and what it means to become a man. Using the language and spectacle of sport, the play looks beyond the rink to the families, institutions, and cultural systems that shape masculine identity.
Status: Primary development project. First draft complete. Seeking dramaturgical collaboration and development support.
IN DEVELOPMENT
GREEN GRASS
A grieving widower, a daughter, a mother, a brother, and a teenage sibling return to a rural cemetery to speak to the people they have lost.
As rain brings them together beneath an old oak tree, their private grief begins to become shared. Through memories of the ordinary things they miss, they discover that carrying the dead does not mean refusing to move forward. It means allowing those who are gone to remain part of who they are.
Status: Script development in progress.

MINORITY MEN: The Weight of Compromise
Set against the political tensions of 1960s Canada, Minority Men: The Weight of Compromise brings Lester B. Pearson and Tommy Douglas into a confrontation over what it takes to create meaningful change. As principle collides with political reality, both men must navigate competing values, personal convictions, and the compromises demanded by leadership.

THE F.O.R.G.E.
A darkly comic theatrical work examining how men are shaped by the systems, expectations, and cultural rituals that teach them what it means to be masculine. Through performance, satire, and institutional language, The F.O.R.G.E. exposes the machinery behind masculinity and asks what happens when the roles men have been trained to perform no longer fit.
Status: Early development.
YIPPEE KI YAY RAPUNZEL
A fractured fairy tale meets an action movie when Rapunzel’s tower becomes the site of a very unexpected rescue. As Rapunzel, a would-be hero, and the forces keeping her trapped collide, the rescue goes spectacularly off-script in a comic exploration of heroism, expectations, and who gets to tell the story.
